• Medical Insurance The Firm provides employees and their eligible dependents with access to a health plan and the employee’s contribution to the plan is determined by the level of benefits selected.
• Retirement Plan The Firm has a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. All employees are eligible after one year of service. We provide an up to $4,000 matching contribution to the 401(k) plan and make an annual contribution to the Profit Sharing Plan that ranges from 3% to 5% of employee compensation.
• Section 125 Flexible Spending Account We provide employees the opportunity to pay their medical expenses on a pre-tax basis by contributing a portion of their salary to a flexible spending account.
• Holidays Our employees receive eight (8) paid holidays each year.
• Vacation Benefits All employees are entitled to two (2) weeks vacation during their first four (4) years of employment. In the 5th year of an employee’s employment the amount of vacation increases to three (3) weeks.
• Sick and Personal Days In addition to vacation and holidays, all employees are entitled to six (6) sick or personal days with pay each year.
• Educational Assistance All Firm professionals are encouraged to pursue credentialing as a Certified Public Accountant as soon as they qualify. Our CPA Exam and Certification policy provides all members of the professional staff with time off for the exams and financial reward upon obtaining certification.
• Transportation Reimbursement We provide all employees with non-taxable local transportation reimbursement on a monthly basis to the extent allowed by the Internal Revenue Code.
• Personal Family and Maternity Leave The Firm has a specific policy that provides for both personal family and maternity leave for qualified employees.
