Raines & Fischer LLP hires most of its professional staff at entry-level positions after college graduation because we believe in building our Firm from “the draft” and not by hiring “free agents” with experience. Why do we embrace this philosophy? Because we believe our training program, our level of professionalism, and our systems are unparalleled—and building from the “ground up” gives us the opportunity to allow a person to assimilate into our system without interference. For this reason, we conduct on-campus recruiting at major colleges and universities and do not rely on outside recruiters.
