Bill Fischer started his public accounting career with Fels & Geschwind in New York City upon graduating from college. After that, he moved to Mendelsohn, Kary, Bell & Natoli, New York, New York where he became the Manager of the Tax Department. After a brief stint in private industry as an EDP auditor for an international graphite products manufacturer, Bill returned to public accounting when he formed Raines & Fischer with Alan Raines.

Bill is the partner in charge of the firm’s Audit Department and specializes in services to high net worth individuals, co-ops and condominiums and not-for-profit organizations.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
